Delivery Terms
- Free for orders over £50 within mainland UK
- £5.99 charge for orders under £50
- Typically 3-5 working days from dispatch
- Requires adult signature (18+) due to alcohol content
- Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight: Additional charges may apply
- Channel Islands, Isle of Man: Please contact us for delivery options
- International delivery: Currently not available
Risk & Title Transfer
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address. Title and ownership of goods pass to you on payment of the full price for the goods.
Important: If you are not available to receive delivery, our courier will leave a card with instructions. Failure to collect within the specified timeframe may result in return charges.
Alcohol Policy
Age Verification Required
- You must be 18 or over to purchase products containing alcohol
- Adult signature (18+) required on delivery for all hampers
- We reserve the right to refuse delivery if age cannot be verified
- Delivery personnel will check ID if the recipient appears under 25
- If delivery cannot be completed due to age verification issues, return charges apply
