- Products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality
- 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases (with exceptions for perishable goods)
- Right to refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty

When You Can Return Items
Valid Returns
- Items damaged during delivery
- Wrong items sent by mistake
- Missing items from your order
- Items significantly different from description
- Quality issues with non-perishable items
- Change of mind (within 48 hours, non-perishable items only)
Cannot Be Returned
- Perishable food items (cheese, chocolate, etc.)
- Alcoholic beverages (unless faulty)
- Items consumed or used
- Personalized or custom hampers
- Hampers delivered more than 14 days ago
- Items damaged through misuse
Important: Due to the perishable nature of many items in our hampers, please inspect your delivery immediately and contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues.

- Use the provided return label or arrange collection
- Keep tracking information for your records

Inspection & Approval
- Standard returns: 2-3 working days
- Damaged goods: Within 24 hours
- Quality issues: 1-2 working days
Refund to Account
- Credit/Debit cards: 3-5 working days

- Bank transfer: 2-3 working days
What Gets Refunded
Full Refund Includes:
- Product cost
- Original delivery charges
- Return shipping (our error)

Customer Pays:

Special Circumstances
Damaged in Transit
- Report immediately: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Take photos: Document packaging and product damage
- Keep everything: Don't dispose of damaged items or packaging
- Fast resolution: We'll arrange replacement or full refund priority
Wrong Item Delivered
- Our mistake: We'll arrange immediate collection and replacement
- No charge: All return costs covered by us
- Keep the mistake: In some cases, you may keep the wrong item as a goodwill gesture
- Priority handling: Express delivery for correct replacement
Quality Issues
- Food safety: Any quality concerns with food items handled immediately
- Packaging defects: Damaged presentation boxes or ribbons
- Missing items: Incomplete hampers or product shortages
- Expiry dates: Items close to or past expiry on delivery
Exchange Policy
We're happy to arrange exchanges in certain circumstances:
Available Exchanges
- Size changes (where applicable)
- Different hamper of equal or greater value
- Alternative products for dietary requirements
- Seasonal equivalents when original is out of stock
Exchange Process
- Contact us with your exchange request
- We'll confirm availability and any price differences
- Arrange collection of original item
- New item dispatched once original is received
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation
- Within 2 hours of placing order
- Before preparation begins (typically next working day)
- If we cannot fulfill your delivery date
- Full refund processed within 24 hours
Partial Cancellation
- After preparation has begun
- Cancellation fee may apply (typically 25% of order value)
- Depends on stage of preparation and items involved
- We'll always inform you of any fees before processing
Cannot Cancel
- Once dispatched for delivery
- Same-day or next-day delivery orders (after 2PM cutoff)
- Custom or personalized hampers in production
- Special occasion orders (within 48 hours of delivery date)
Gift Recipients & Returns
When you send hampers as gifts, special considerations apply:
Gift Returns
- Recipients can return gifts following the same process
- Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser
- Gift receipts provided on request (without price information)
- We can facilitate exchange for store credit if preferred
Purchaser Rights
- You can return gifts on behalf of recipients
- Authorization required from original purchaser
- Delivery issues remain your responsibility as purchaser
- Quality complaints can be raised by either party
